"I felt such a sense of comfort in this week. It was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Knowing I had a safe space to open up (and be filled) with no judgment was a beautiful reminder that so many women - all ages and from all walks of life - relate on so many levels. The yoga was stellar and really inspired me to go deeper into my practice. The Yoga Forest was just beautiful and Lakshmi was a sanctuary. I’ll take away that I AM ENOUGH. That so many women deal with the same self-degradation, and we have to inspire and empower one another.
